Kalari Rasayana clinic is situated on the shores of Lake Paravur, where the restoration of body and soul takes place with the same rigorous traditions as at Kalari Kovilakom and in accordance with all the canons established there. Here, Ayurveda is presented in its true form. The clinic grounds cover 3.5 hectares. The treatment programme is tailored individually, adjusted daily depending on the healing process, and is designed for a stay of two weeks or more. The clinic is accredited by the NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers).

Daily routine at Kalari Rasayana:

05:30 – A normal day at Kalari Rasayana begins early.
05:45 – Performance of basic yoga asanas.
07:00 – 8:00 – Breakfast.
10:30 – Juice or fruit – for those who have completed the cleansing period.
08:30 – 11:00 – Doctor's appointment. Procedures – for those who have passed
cleansing period.
11:30 — Nidra yoga.
12:30 – 13:00 – Lunch.
14:00 – 17:00 – Ayurvedic treatments. Individual sessions
Yoga for those who have undergone purification.
16:00 – Fruit or juice — for those who have completed the cleanse.
17:30 – 18:30 – Strolls around the resort grounds, reading books,
Feeding fish (Karma Yoga), drawing, watching the sunset.
18:30 – 19:30 – Dinner.

What should you know before taking an Ayurveda course at Kalari Rasayana?

• Clients are not permitted to leave the premises of Kalari Rasayana clinic.;
• Clients are required to wear exclusively the clothing issued by the clinic. The wearing of cotton clothing is suggested,
• It is not recommended to use your phone in communal areas.
• There is WiFi on the clinic premises, but clients are asked to use electronic devices only in their rooms.
• During treatment, clients will be advised to limit telephone conversations and the use of all electronic devices.
• The rooms do not have televisions or minibars.
