Here, Ayurveda is presented in its true form. The clinic’s grounds cover 3.5 hectares. The treatment programme is compiled individually, adjusted daily according to the healing process, and is designed for stays of two weeks or more. The clinic is NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers) accredited.

Daily routine at Kalari Rasayana:

05:30 – A normal day at Kalari Rasayana begins early.
05:45 – Performance of basic yoga asanas.
07:00 – 8:00 – Breakfast.
10:30 – Juice or fruit – for those who have completed the cleansing period.
08:30 – 11:00 – Doctor's appointment. Procedures – for those who have passed
cleansing period.
11:30 — Nidra yoga, «yogic sleep».
12:30 – 13:00 – Lunch.
14:00 – 17:00 – Ayurvedic treatments. Individual sessions
Yoga for those who have undergone purification.
16:00 – Fruit or juice – for those who have completed the cleanse.
17:30 – 18:30 – Strolls around the resort grounds, reading books,
Feeding fish (Karma Yoga), drawing, watching the sunset.
18:30 – 19:30 – Dinner.

What should you know before taking an Ayurveda course at Kalari Rasayana?

• Clients are not permitted to leave the premises of Kalari Rasayana clinic.;
• Customers are required to wear only the clothing issued by the clinic. Cotton clothing is also offered.,
• It is not recommended to use your phone in communal areas.
• There is WiFi on the clinic premises, but clients are asked to use electronic devices only in their rooms.
• During treatment, clients will be advised to limit telephone conversations and the use of all electronic devices.
• The rooms do not have televisions or minibars.
