Consent to the processing of personal data

By using this internet resource, in the order Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 «On Personal Data» (hereinafter referred to as the «Personal Data Law») freely of their own will and in their own interests, the website user https://panchakarma.club/  consents to the automated processing, as well as processing without the use of automation, including, but not limited to, the transfer (including cross-border transfer, including, but not limited to, cross-border transfer of personal data to the territories of countries ensuring adequate protection of personal data) and processing of their personal data (surname, name, patronymic; year, month, day of birth; gender; passport details (series, number, date of issue and expiry date, name of the issuing authority; personal data contained in the foreign passport of the Russian Federation) and citizenship; residential address (according to passport and actual), home and mobile phone number; foreign passport number and its validity period; surname and name as indicated in the foreign passport; information requested by the consular services of the embassy of the country of planned visit for the purpose of considering the issue of a visa; other information), when using the Internet resource. https://panchakarma.club/  transfer (including to third-party visitor analysis services such as Yandex, Mail.ru) and processing of visitor data (namely IP address, presumed geographical location, age, gender, browser version, display resolution, operating system version and auxiliary software, device model, resources, search engines, phrases from which the user came to the site, list of visited pages and time spent on the site), namely – performing actions provided for Article 3 of the Federal Law «On Personal Data», contained in this Agreement.

Consent can be withdrawn by the user in writing. In this case, the Operator (Ayubooking LLC) shall cease processing personal data, and the personal data shall be destroyed, unless there are other legal grounds for processing established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

The user also confirms that they have read and understood the rights of personal data subjects, as enshrined in Chapter 3 of the Federal Law «On Personal Data».
