What differentiates Ayurveda in Russia

A short course is the norm

It makes sense to visit Russia even for 5–7 days. A convenient format for when a full-fledged Indian trip doesn't fit into your schedule yet.

The programme is softer than in India

Russian centres adhere to classic Ayurvedic protocols: Indian and Russian doctors, original oils from India. The intensity of the course is lower than in Indian clinics—a gentle format for a first introduction to the method or when a full load is contraindicated.

At any time of year

The programme is available all year round. It is well-suited for maintenance courses between longer trips to India – to keep your purification rhythm going.

The standard programme lasts 14 days. Shorter formats of 7 days (for familiarisation with the method or for returning guests) and longer formats of 21–28 days (for in-depth work and serious cases) are also available.

The cost of your stay includes accommodation, three balanced therapeutic meals per day, daily treatments according to your doctor's personalised plan, and constant supervision.
