Description
«Manaltheram» is an Ayurvedic clinic operating under the umbrella of the company that opened the world's first Ayurvedic resort in 1985 – the globally renowned «Somatheeram». These clinics are identical: both are designed in the traditional Keralan style and offer the same high level of comfort and quality in Ayurvedic treatment, as well as an excellent opportunity to relax by the sea. The International Institute of Yoga and the Academy of Ayurveda are based at the Manaltheram clinic, where specialists in Ayurveda and yoga share this ancient Vedic knowledge with people from all over the world. The clinic is accredited by NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers).

Treatment programmes
At «Manal Tirum», the Ayurvedic course consists of therapeutic treatments, yoga and breathing exercises, healthy eating in a restaurant with a sea view, where guests are offered around 250 healthy and delicious vegetarian dishes, taking natural remedies of our own production, and staying in a blissful, relaxing atmosphere.

The cost of the Ayurvedic course at Manalithram Clinic includes:
- Room accommodation Panchakarma clinics
- Daily Ayurvedic treatments (all packages will include 1 session of 1.5 to 2 hours of treatment per day)

- If a booking is cancelled more than 30 days before the check-in date, a full refund will be issued. If a booking is cancelled less than 30 days before the check-in date, the amount paid will not be refunded.
- Children under 12 years of age are not recommended to undergo an Ayurvedic course, with the exception of a special doctor's prescription.

A clean and cosy hotel right on the seafront. Friendly staff, good doctors. There’s an interpreter, although some doctors even speak a little Russian. The food is very tasty and varied. I stayed in a garden cottage, a short distance from the sea, and really enjoyed it. Yoga classes for all levels are held throughout the day, and in the evening there’s traditional music in the restaurant.
The room is clean and cosy. The Wi-Fi is a bit patchy.
There's security everywhere, very reliable, they even guard you when you go into the sea.
You can take a convenient and inexpensive excursion from the hotel to a nearby attraction.
