Diagnostics and treatment prescription at ANHC clinic
Upon arrival at the ANHC clinic, an appointment is made with an Ayurvedic doctor for a detailed consultation. This is followed by a special examination – the so-called Ayurvedic Health Profile, aimed at understanding the patient's condition and any existing ailments. During the session, the constitution – Prakriti (Vata-Pitta-Kapha body type) – is determined, as well as Vikriti – the imbalance in the doshas.
An Ayurvedic health profile can determine the exact cause of an illness, the systems and organs affected, the extent of the disease's spread within the body's tissues, the dosha imbalance, and the methods for its correction. If necessary, various pathological investigations and computer diagnostics are conducted, aiding in more precise decision-making for prescribing specific therapy. The type of treatment is chosen based on lifestyle management and diet. Subsequent observation by a doctor occurs on a regular basis.

Goa Attractions
Beaches in Goa
Spend time on the most beautiful beaches of Goa and be amazed by the stunning white sand. Goa is a place of the most beautiful sunsets and breathtaking sunrises. Stay overnight in palm huts right on the beach, enjoy dinner by a bonfire under a canopy of star-studded sky. Participate in or watch traditional folk dances.
Dudhsagar Falls
The most impressive waterfalls in Goa lie on its eastern border with Karnataka. The majestic 600-metre-high Dudhsagar Falls are among the highest in India and boast an imposing sight, attracting a steady stream of visitors from the coast.
Forts in Goa
Fort Chapora was built by the Portuguese, who established their colonies in Goa in 1617, as a defence against the constant threat from Muslim and Maratha rulers.
Fort Aguada got its name «Aguada» (which means «water» in Portuguese) from the spring located within its grounds, which supplied water to ships calling there.
Temples in Goa
The Sri Manguesh Temple in Ponda Taluka, the most renowned among temples, is situated along National Highway 4A, approximately 23 km from Panaji. This temple is famed for its pristine architecture, attracting thousands of visitors every year. The temple is adorned with welcoming gates and an elegant lamp tower, the «Nau-bat-khana» overlooking the temple complex. «Agrashalas» are located on three sides.
The Shanta Durga Temple, Kavlem was built in 1738 by the King of Satara, Shahu. This temple is the largest and most famous in Goa. It is dedicated to the goddess Parvati, the wife of Lord Shiva. As the most powerful of all goddesses, she has another incarnation and is sometimes referred to as Durga. Legend has it that once, during a quarrel between Lord Shiva and Lord Vishnu, she appeared in the form of Durga and helped to amicably resolve the dispute.
Churches in Goa
The Basilica of Bom Jesus is located in Old Goa. The church was built in 1605 and is currently declared a World Heritage Monument. It houses the sacred relics of Saint Francis Xavier, the patron saint of Goa, who died during a sea voyage to China on December 2, 1552.
The nearby Sé Cathedral is dedicated to Saint Catherine, as it was on her feast day, 25 November 1510, that Afonso de Albuquerque conquered Goa.
The Church of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Panjim, where tiny electric lights illuminate the entire facade at night. Locals here celebrate the feast of Our Lady of Fátima, which usually falls at the end of May (according to the church calendar). The reason is that the beautiful image of Our Lady of Fátima is placed on the altars of the Church.
The Feast of the Immaculate Conception is celebrated every year in Margao and Panjim on December 8th. In Panjim, there is a three-day festival, where people from all walks of life come to witness the grandeur of the Church and also indulge in shopping at the local fair.
Goa Carnival
Introduced by the Portuguese, who ruled this territory for over 500 years, the three-day festival is primarily celebrated by Christians, but over the years the event has also absorbed Hindu traditions of revelry, transforming into a unique spectacle. Among the various colourful celebrations and festivals that Goa celebrates, Carnival and Shigmo are the most famous and eagerly awaited by the population with great enthusiasm.
Bigfoot
Big Foot is the largest designer dance floor in Goa, shaped like a giant foot. It was created with the aim of becoming a versatile venue for all kinds of entertainment events, such as weddings, anniversaries, seminars, open-airs, etc.
Ancestral Goa Museum
From an artist's dream of becoming a major tourist attraction, this project has come a long way since 1995, when it opened to the public. Today, hundreds of tourists, both national and international, visit. Besides artists, the place is often frequented by nature lovers, Ayurvedic teachers, ecologists, and others.
Kumbhārjūa Crocodiles
Massive, menacing-looking crocodiles with dagger-like teeth can be seen in their natural habitat, right here in Goa, in a narrow river that intrudes into the dense jungle mangroves near the small village of Cumbarjua. Most of the crocodiles that inhabit the Cumbarjua Canal spend their days basking on the canal banks, watching visitors glide past in canoes. The 15 km long canal is located just a 20-minute drive from Panaji. It connects the two largest rivers in Goa - the Zuari and the Mandovi. The Cumbarjua Canal is the only place in Goa where crocodiles can be spotted in the wild.
Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary
It's remarkable that the Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary is Goa's only wildlife sanctuary dedicated to the region's birds.
Since Horaho Island is full of mangroves, this region offers exceptional cover and vegetation for many different species of local coastal birds, as well as being an ideal resting place for migratory birds from all over the world.
Good afternoon!
I had a massage, and I really enjoyed everything!
Recommendations to my friends, loved ones, and acquaintances.
Thank you very much. I will definitely come for the course.
This is perhaps the only place in the world, that I know of at the moment, where thoughts, soul, and heart open up.
Our life is constant stress and anxiety (unfortunately).
After a series of treatments, you feel happy.
Thank you for being there
I was at the ANHC clinic in November 2019. I underwent a 14-day course of Ayurvedic treatment with accommodation on the clinic grounds. The staff were responsive, attentive, and professional, with a Russian-speaking employee available. The clinic is located in a forest, with birdsong, fresh coolness, and a swimming pool on the grounds, all conducive to a pleasant stay. Morning yoga, an abundance of fruit, and delicious food were provided. There were 2.5 hours of daily procedures, performed with love by caring massage therapists. In the afternoon, there was a transfer to beautiful beaches. I met other clinic guests who were returning for subsequent visits, bringing friends, and were very satisfied with the results.
Thank you for the experience.
Highly recommend!
