The Ayukta Ayurvedic Centre is located in the foothills of the Himalayas, in an ecologically clean area, approximately a 7-minute walk from the sacred Ganges River.
The staff warmly welcomes everyone who wishes to undergo classic Panchakarma and Ayurvedic treatment, and achieve harmony of soul and body. None of your questions will be left unanswered.

Today is the fifth day since I returned to snow-covered Moscow. But I already want to go back THERE! There, where the sacred Ganges majestically carries its turquoise waters. There, where the Himalayas stretch out like a faithful guardian. There, where your sincere smile, accompanying the “namaste” mudra, becomes a guarantee of reciprocity. In a word, there, where under the sign “Avyukta Ayurveda” a close-knit team of like-minded people has settled, ready to take you into their care at any time of the year, day or night. They are: the director Zoran, whose warm smile instils a feeling of friendliness and safety.
Oksana — his loyal and indispensable assistant, a born yogini (read: goddess!). The synergy of her charm and skill gives an unbeatable effect in passing on the experience of mastering the techniques of yoga.
Doctor Swati — a modest wizard, able to restore even the most neglected health.
And the massage masters — first-class sculptors of beautiful and healthy bodies, virtuosos of their craft!
It was they who gave me a taste for a healthy way of life, trust in Ayurveda and a love of yoga!

Good afternoon 🌞 The Panchakarma went calmly and mindfully. I am grateful to everyone who creates an atmosphere of care and recovery here. Special thanks to Oksana — her support, the yoga and her help in communicating with the doctor were very valuable. The food was simple but genuinely tasty and balanced. I was glad there were many Russian speakers — it helped me adapt more quickly and feel among like-minded people. On the whole, a good experience for body and mind.
I did my first Panchakarma at Avyukta in October 2024, for two weeks.
The choice of clinic was fairly spontaneous and without any preparation — but everything turned out absolutely wonderful! I want to thank Olga for her help with the choice and her constant support at the planning stage — advice on tickets, help with paying for the visa and so on.
Rishikesh and Avyukta turned out to be the very best choice for doing Panchakarma. I travelled alone, but not once was I bored or at a loss for something to do — the town is incredibly interesting. Every day Oksana ran wonderful yoga — I happily returned to it after a ten-year break.
The result — minus 4 kg in two weeks, I gave up smoking (and never started again after coming home), and I feel considerably better.
And a huge thank you for the time I had to Oksana, Zoran and the whole team! I will definitely be back next year!
About me, age 50. Completed a 21-day course. 24.01.2020 - 16.02.2020. The effect exceeded my expectations, I lost 12 kg. Regarding the review of Panchakarma and the clinic itself... I would highlight at a high level: the general atmosphere / medical care / food / accommodation / excursion program / yoga / meditation / absence of a language barrier (Russian).
