- Accommodation in a luxury room – spacious rooms, decorated in a traditional South Indian style, with views of gardens and coconut palms.
- Three vegetarian meals a day — fresh dishes from our home-style Ayurvedic kitchen, herbal drinks and seasonal fruit.
- Daily consultations with doctors — brief check-ups and a few in-depth sessions with the clinic’s chief physician, during which your dosha (constitution) is determined and treatments, oils, diet and medication are selected.
- Panchakarma procedures and therapies – an average of about three hours per day of cleansing and restorative sessions (abhyanga, shirodhara, nasya, etc.), fully tailored to your programme.
- Daily yoga and pranayama sessions led by an instructor — gentle, safe practices designed to harmonise the breath, body and mind.
- Support from a Russian-speaking Ayurvedic doctor — assistance with communication, translating recommendations and explaining the nature of the treatments.
- Weekly cultural excursion — once a week, a trip is organised to local attractions of your choice: temples, beaches, river cruises or walks through the mangrove forests.
This format allows you not simply to undergo a course of treatment, but to spend each week striking a balance between physical purification and inner peace.

- Transfer to/from Mangalore Airport. The cost is around 3,300 rupees one way.
- Upon request, we can arrange personalised lectures on Ayurveda — ranging from an introduction to the philosophy of health to practical advice on nutrition and self-care throughout the different seasons.
Placement
Each of Balkatmane’s eight rooms is a spacious, thoughtfully designed space for rest and relaxation. The décor blends contemporary elements with traditional South Indian touches – natural wood, warm colours and soft lighting.
The main feature is the sense of cosiness and tranquillity. Nothing here distracts you from your rest, and the attentive staff take care of everything, down to the smallest details, so that guests can focus entirely on their treatment and recovery.
The guest rooms create the very atmosphere that Balkatmane’s regular guests appreciate: a sense of home, tranquillity and care, surrounded by nature.
Luxury
The room is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay during your Panchakarma course: a comfortable bed, air conditioning, a workspace, a private bathroom, and views of a green garden or coconut groves.
