Chandravilla Ayurveda Resort Established in September 2016 and located in the southwest of Sri Lanka, approximately 70 km south of Colombo Airport. The idyllic and carefully selected location of the property offers a distinct advantage over the otherwise often overdeveloped west coast. The beautiful and long, wide sandy beach of Bentota is only a 15-minute walk away.
Treatment programmes
Each package is combined with accommodation, doctor's consultations, therapy carried out at the Ayurveda treatment centre, as well as three meals a day in accordance with your constitution type and related to your ailments. Yoga classes, meditation and much more are available upon request.

The price includes the Ayurvedic package you choose, as well as the following

- Ayurvedic treatments (approximately 2 hours per day. Can be adjusted according to an individual treatment plan).

Placement
4 double rooms (1 of which has two single beds), 1 triple room and 1 single room (6 in total). All options are available as single rooms. Each room has a private bathroom and toilet. The interior design is stylish and functional (including mosquito nets and air conditioning). Free hot water. Free Wi-Fi.

The clinic is very cosy. The staff are friendly, and we felt as if we were in a big family. Excellent treatment, attentive doctors. The massage therapists are masters of their craft.

My holiday and treatment were at Chandravilla Ayurveda resort in Bentota. A really great team, treating you like family. The rules are fairly relaxed, perhaps adapted for Europeans — they let me go for walks, and I explored half the coast. So if you are afraid this is not for you, take my word for it and give it a try here. There is undoubtedly a renewing and slimming effect!
