Video review of Dhimahi Village clinic
In March 2025 I completed a 14-day cleansing and wellness Panchakarma programme at Dheemahi Ayurvedic Village Kumarakom.
First and foremost, I am thoroughly impressed with the work of panchakarma.club. Elena was incredibly professional and patient, assisting me throughout the entire process.
Thanks to the Club’s special terms and discount, I got a price noticeably lower than the clinic’s official one. On top of that, they helped me make the payment in a way that was convenient and advantageous for me, and in the end arranging the whole process through the Club made the final cost substantially lower.
Thank you, friends! I will undoubtedly recommend you to all my acquaintances.
About the clinic: my rating is 10 stars out of 10, the result and the enjoyment of the process exceeded all expectations!
Utter delight; for two weeks I enjoyed every minute spent here.
My payment came to about 8000 rupees a day. What I received for it exceeds that price many times over.
This is a family clinic with a long history. It is set in a quiet spot, away from noise and roads (a rarity for India, but very important for the process), among flooded fields, lakes and water channels. Everything is very clean and neat. A European standard of quality, good furniture, beds and so on. Large grounds with trees, plants and flowers. A large swimming pool with salt water and no chlorine, always very clean. When it is not hot you can take walks outside the grounds along the water channels (in the evenings, for instance). They also arrange a free boat trip to the lake for patients — I loved it!
There is a huge hall with fresh air for group classes, where free yoga sessions are held morning and evening. There was no time to be bored — the days ended very quickly.
Everywhere on the grounds it is fresh and not hot even during the day, because good roofing materials are used and the placing of the buildings is well thought out. Near the clinic there are several small shops and a temple.
The food is very tasty and sattvic. The six cooks who prepare it have very good energy, which makes the food a truly living prasad. A buffet three times a day, and the menu changes every day. The food is spiced but not too hot, varied and wholesome. There are even fruit and vegetable salads. Meals can also be adapted to individual preferences or the doctor’s prescription. Special medicinal water is always available.
I was given the best quiet room (room 108) with a huge bed, a balcony and a wonderful view. The Wi-Fi works well everywhere on the grounds.
Doctor Namitha understood all my requests precisely and prescribed the procedures and medications that brought me to complete satisfaction with the result! I trust her experience and knowledge.
My chief therapist, Binoiy, is a super-professional with many years of experience and very good energy. He became a friend to me, and I highly recommend getting your procedures specifically with him. Patients’ condition is monitored daily.
Three procedures daily, a four-hand massage plus a sauna every day — it is amazing.
I began to notice a real healing effect as early as the third day, and by the end of the Panchakarma I was simply flying! Now I have seen for myself that Ayurveda is a powerful thing — it really works!
A huge thank you to everyone involved in the running of this wonderful place.
