The treatment isn't simple, but overall I liked everything. The attitude was wonderful and sensitive. I didn't take videos or photos of the treatment room either. There isn't much to photograph here; it's a modest clinic without grounds.
I really want to leave feedback not only about this clinic but also about this travel agency. I was communicating with Nina. I was supposed to go with my sister and niece, but since some flights were cancelled, I went to this clinic alone. Before flying from Moscow, my flight was delayed and I wrote to Nina about it, saying that I would most likely miss my connection in Abu Dhabi. I said that as soon as I arrived, I would write to her. As a result, I missed my connection and immediately wrote to Nina, but she only replied after 13!!! hours (I wrote to her at 8 am). Moreover, my sister called the travel agency 5 times that day, explained the situation, and they promised that Nina would call back, but she never did. As a result, I arrived in India a day later than planned. When checking into the clinic, a young man helped me with my luggage and said that he would be my doctor. This immediately didn't inspire confidence, as he looked just over 20 years old. At my appointment with him the next morning, I voiced all the health problems I wanted to treat. I was told that they would treat digestive problems (I have coeliac disease). Okay, I agreed to that, although initially I wanted to address not one health problem, but several. I don't have the time or money to constantly travel to India and treat each problem separately.
When settling the bill for my stay and treatment, I was told that, as Nina had failed to inform them in good time that I had missed my connecting flight due to a delayed departure from Moscow, a transfer had been sent to collect me and I would have to pay for it. I agreed that the clinic shouldn’t suffer because of Nina’s attitude towards her clients, and agreed to pay for the additional transfer. The doctor was very pleased and initially charged me 50$, then recalculated and quoted 200$ extra for the transfer! At this point, I refused to agree, as two transfers were already included in my voucher and I clearly should not have to pay for five transfers.
Regarding the treatment: there are no complaints about the massages and procedures. Everything was at the highest level. As for the treatment itself – I have very mixed feelings. In fact, for almost the entire time I was in the clinic, I was given medication for problems that arose from the cleaning I underwent at the clinic. My health issues only began to be addressed in the last 4 days of my stay (out of 13 days). The medications prescribed are only for one month. After that, everything is supposed to get better. I finished the medication and noticed no changes. After treatment at Dr. Franklin's clinic, the treatment at this clinic is not serious. They prescribe very little medication and give no recommendations regarding diet or further treatment upon discharge. The doctor constantly goes back on his word (in the morning he'll say yes, it's possible, and in the evening he'll come and say it's not allowed). The doctor is clearly inexperienced, and I don't understand why he is allowed to treat patients.
Hello Yulia.
Thank you for your detailed feedback. We are sincerely sorry that the start of your trip was so stressful for you, and that our communication regarding the flight delay and transfer rearrangement was not prompt or clear enough.
Regarding the transfer: we have reviewed this situation internally. Indeed, the client's personal response was significantly delayed, and we understand that this caused additional stress during their journey, with a missed connection and route change. It is important to clarify, however, that the situation itself was not static: communication with the clinic was ongoing, information about the arrival change was passed on, and a new transfer was requested. Our error was that the client did not receive timely and clear updates on the status of the resolution.
It's also important to note that in your case, the arrival was not in Cochin, but in Trivandrum, which is why the transfer was longer and the driver left in advance. At the moment the message was read, already at the start of our working hours, the driver was dispatched. Nevertheless, we understand that for a client in such a situation, timely communication and a feeling of being looked after are most important. Here we really needed to do better.
Regarding the additional transfer costs: as the situation arose from a lack of clear communication on our part, we have already reimbursed you for the amount of the additional transfer paid.
Regarding the medical aspect: your comments concerning consultations, conflicting advice, lack of detailed discharge instructions, and the general feeling of insufficient attention to the concerns raised will be forwarded to the management of Dhimahi Nilimangalam Clinic, and we will request an official comment from them.
Thank you for detailing your experience. This is important feedback for us: we are already reviewing our communication procedures with clients in situations involving delays, flight cancellations, and transfer changes, so that similar incidents do not happen again.
Yours faithfully,
Panchakarma Club team

Clinic review:
I am very pleased and grateful to all the clinic staff for their professionalism, attention, and hospitality!!!! Everything was heartfelt and masterfully done to the "business class" standard 💪 As for my own condition, it has noticeably and tangibly improved, which I wish for everyone who decides to undergo Panchakarma at this clinic.
Hello. My name is Yana and this is my review of the Dhimahi Neelimanagalam Ayurveda Centre. I was at the clinic for 13 days from May 22, 2024. I absolutely loved everything!! I was welcomed like a dear guest. The clinic's staff are very attentive and friendly, they surrounded me with care and attention. Wonderful, smiling women prepare amazing food. The room is clean and comfortable. Procedures throughout the day are scheduled in advance, so you can plan your time. I was very impressed with the clinic and would like to return for a longer period. I hope so! My early indecisiveness was overcome with the help of Ninna, the Panchakarma Club manager, thank you for a wonderful stay and a new experience!!
My name is Farzana Saifullina, I am from Ufa, and I am 63 years old. From February 15th to March 7th, I was in South India, in the state of Kerala, and underwent a medical and wellness course, Panchakarma. I am very pleased with my stay at Dheemahi Neelimanagalam hospital in Kottayam, which was recommended to me by Olga, the manager of Panchakarma Club! I am very grateful to her for her efforts, professionalism, and responsibility. You could say she accompanied me from the moment I booked my room at the clinic until the moment I crossed the threshold of the hospital.
I visited the Dheemahi Neelamangalam clinic in July 2019 and decided to share my experience and write a review of this Panchakarma clinic. It's a wonderful place with very attentive and caring staff, which you feel from the very first minute.
The living conditions are very good: a clean and comfortable room, a good mattress on the bed, daily cleaning, and frequent linen changes.
The meals are 3 times a day, vegetarian, tasty and varied enough, but everything, in my opinion, is spicy, but you get used to it quickly!)) Every day there are either fresh fruits or fresh juices made from watermelon, mango, and pineapple.
Every day is packed with procedures, massages, and yoga twice a day. It's very full on! ))
The clinic is located near the motorway, but you could walk to a beautiful church nearby or go to the town centre. One time I went (with a lot of help from the staff!) to a beautiful place, Kumarakom, where there are picturesque canals and nature, and you can go boating.
The treatment was above and beyond praise! My therapists, Nisha and Bincy, are very pleasant, diligent, and attentive. Thank you both very much!
I wish to express my sincere gratitude to Doctors Jayakrishnan and Namitha for their attention and sensitivity, which is greatly appreciated! I'd also like to thank the young people Bini and Aru for their help and for quickly resolving all other issues that arose for me as a foreigner! A wonderful and attentive yoga instructor, he often worked with me almost individually!
During my stay at the clinic, I gained strength and energy, and improved my health so much that those around me noticed!
My only wish is that the final consultation had included only a list of prescribed medications without a description of my dosage, recommendations for diet, lifestyle, and physical activity, which I would also have liked to receive.
Good luck to the clinic and prosperity!
