Placement
The Ideal Ayurvedic Resort, built around an open courtyard, comprises a main guesthouse, 4 traditional Kerala cottages and a treatment centre. With a maximum capacity of 50 people, the resort offers an unparalleled level of attention and friendliness to each guest.
The main guesthouse comprises 10 tastefully decorated double rooms with a large ceiling fan, telephone and an en-suite bathroom with toilet and shower. There are also 15 rooms with a view of the pool, with air conditioning (limited number of rooms), where there is hot water, a balcony overlooking the pool, which ensures your privacy.
The highest level of purity and hygiene is maintained throughout the complex. Building floors are washed, cleaned and swept every morning, and rooms are cleaned daily. Fresh bed linen, towels, soap and sachets of shampoo are also provided daily. The water supplied throughout the complex is filtered.

This was my first visit to India, to the state of Kerala, and the Ideal Ayurvedic Resort. I arranged everything through Panchakarma Club. To say I had an unforgettable experience is an understatement. From the very beginning, Nina, my travel agent, was in contact with me, helping me choose the location and organise the trip.
My two-week stay at the Ayurvedic resort was simply superb, from the airport pick-up to the treatments. The staff, service, and food were all top-notch.
I have looked at local Ayurvedic centres, and I must note that while there were centres of a higher standard, Ideal Ayurvedic Resort offers good value for money.
After two weeks of treatment, my general well-being has noticeably improved, my mood is better, I've lost excess weight, and my sleep, hair, and skin have been restored.
I left with the intention of returning to this place again…
