Alleppey, with its enchanting landscape, is bordered on the west by a golden beach and the Arabian Sea, connected by silvery rivers, natural freshwater lakes, serene lagoons and majestic palm groves. It has now metamorphosed into a first-rate tourist destination. The Backwaters of Kerala is a network of interconnected canals, rivers, lakes and inlets, formed by over 900 km of waterways. The backwaters have a unique ecosystem – fresh water from the rivers mixes with sea water from the Arabian sea. Kettuvallom or Floating House is the reflection of traditional boat life, fitted with modern luxury and safety.

The Houseboat is approximately 28 meters long and fully furnished, featuring a lounge, sun deck, comfortable seating, a separate dining area, a kitchenette, and a toilet, all with air conditioning. Additionally, a separate crew rest room is provided. Your crew consists of a chef, captain, and a lifeguard. While your eyes enjoy the endless expanse of water, your taste buds will also be catered to. We offer a wide selection of menus, from international delicacies to traditional Kerala cuisine, all prepared according to your preferences before your cruise.

The resort has an organic garden where fruits, vegetables, spices and Ayurvedic herbs are grown for the restaurants and spa. These vegetables are chemical-free, using only natural nutrients and bio-extract during their cultivation.
