Review of Lakshmi Ayurveda Clinic
I will continue my review.
I lost 2.5 kg, and my friend 5!
Although we did nothing extraordinary. We did not fast. The skin firmed up, my appearance became a pleasure to look at, and the rejuvenation was noticeable.
The doctor prepared recommendations and a set of medications to continue the treatment at home.
Of course, on returning to the frosty Russian winter — from plus 32 to minus 35 — I had a setback. I came down with a bad case of tonsillitis. Ah, one cannot stay in the paradise of Kovalam forever… Because the body had grown stronger with Ayurveda, though, it is coping with the illness.
I dream of returning to this hotel in the autumn. I loved everything here.
I recommend it.
Right now I am at this hotel for Panchakarma.
A small and very cosy mini-hotel. Clean, comfortable, everything you need for a pleasant stay. The staff are simply beyond all praise. The attentive Doctor Amal carried out the diagnosis, gave the prescriptions, monitors how I feel every day and oversees the course of treatment. An hour-and-a-half massage, evening yoga for over an hour, three meals a day brought right to the room, cleaning and a change of linen every other day.
The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Samudra beach.
I would especially like to mention the manager, who is also the doctor, also the interpreter, also the wizard who grants our wishes — this is Srijit (Sergey to us). I did not even expect that here it would be possible to speak with someone in Russian.
When the course of treatment is over, I will be sure to write about the results.
