Programs
Manaltheeram Ayurvedic programs comprise Ayurvedic treatments, Yoga and Pranayama sessions, Ayurvedic vegetarian meals offered in a sea view restaurant with a choice of 250 healthy and delicious dishes, Ayurvedic medicines produced by the clinic and a relaxing atmosphere.
An individual treatment plan is made up by the doctor based on the patient’s body type and health condition. There are 15 doctors, 90 masseurs-therapists and 24 treatment rooms in Manaltheeram. The clinic specializes in the treatment of arthritis, paralysis, nervous disorders, stress and fibromyalgia.

The cost of the course in Ayurvedic clinic Manaltheeram includes:
- Accommodation in the Panchakarma clinics room
- Daily Ayurvedic treatments
- Ayurvedic vegetarian meals
- Daily doctor’s consultations
- Ayurvedic medicines for the duration of the course
- An individual Ayurvedic diet plan made by a doctor.
- Daily Yoga classes
- One-day boat trip (for a program exceeding 14 days)
- Transfer from the Trivandrum International airport to the clinic and back
- Interpreter services in Russian, German, Italian and French.
- Lectures on Ayurveda (1 time per week)
- Demonstration of Ayurvedic cooking (1 time per week)
- Daily cultural program (visual or musical)

Deluxe Cottage A/C
A wooden house in traditional Kerala style with antique doors and furniture. It has a veranda with a breathtaking sea view. The house consists of one suite room and two deluxe rooms booked separately.

- If you cancel your booking more than 30 days before the arrival a full refund is made. If you cancel your booking less than 30 days before the date of arrival, the amount paid will not be refunded.
- Children below 12 are not recommended undergoing the Ayurvedic course, exceptions are made only in case of a doctor’s prescription.

Чистый и уютный отель прямо на берегу моря. Приветливый персонал, хорошие врачи. Есть переводчик, хотя некоторые врачи даже немного говорят по-русски) Еда очень вкусная и разнообразная. Был в садовом коттедже, немного вдали от моря, очень понравилось. Весь день Йога на любой уровень подготовки, вечером в ресторане национальная музыка.
В номере чисто, уютно. Слабый вай фай.
Везде охрана, очень надёжно, даже идешь в море и там тебя охраняют)
От отеля можно поехать в близкую экскурсию, удобно и недорого.
