Treatment programmes
At Sitaram Retreats, the primary focus is on panchakarma and working with Vata—one of the three vital energies in Ayurveda, responsible for movement, respiration, and the nervous system. It is precisely an imbalance of Vata that often goes unnoticed in tests, yet becomes the cause of chronic fatigue, anxiety, pain, insomnia, and other conditions that Western medicine terms «idiopathic»—meaning without a determined cause.

In the interim between a doctor's appointment and recovery, therapists, yoga teachers, chefs, restaurant and café staff, housekeeping, gardeners, and administrative staff play a crucial role in ensuring that the entire course of treatment flows smoothly, and that every aspect of your stay is geared towards making your recovery a priority.

Booking conditions
Bookings are confirmed upon payment of a deposit of 60% of the package price within 24 hours. The balance must be paid no later than one month before arrival.
- Check-in and check-out are at 12:00.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to the clinic's availability and may incur an extra charge.
- Ensure that your visa for India is valid for the entire period of your trip.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival, or in the event of a no-show, will result in a charge of 50% of the booking cost.
- Cancellation on arrival or early departure — 100% will be retained.
- Changing a booking is subject to agreement with the clinic; additional charges may apply.
Bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds in accordance with RBI (Reserve Bank of India) regulations may take some time after cancellation is confirmed.
Placement
At Sitaram Beach Retreat, your stay is meticulously designed to help you completely relax, rejuvenate, and embark on a path to recovery. Nature plays a vital role in healing and every aspect of the retreat is thoughtfully designed with this in mind. All rooms are finished with natural materials that keep the interiors cool, well-ventilated, and offer great serene views of the coastline. The interior colours are warm and blend harmoniously with the exterior.
Stone cottage
Spacious, luxurious cottages, each 421 sq. ft., furnished with unique wooden furniture. All accommodations feature en-suite bathrooms with an open-air shower; hot and cold RO-purified water is available. There is a veranda/deck (150 sq. ft.) and a sun deck (110 sq. ft.) offering breathtaking garden and sea views. Amenities include orthopedic mattresses, air-conditioned rooms with ceiling fans, a safe, hairdryer, 8-foot-high sliding glass windows with clear glass and mosquito nets, offering spectacular sea views. These rooms embody peace and serenity both indoors and outdoors.
Wooden cottage
Luxurious wooden cottage halves, each 400 sq. ft., are furnished with designer wooden furniture. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms with open-sky showers; RO purified hot and cold running water is available. Each room features a verandah/patio (150 sq. ft.) and a sun-deck (110 sq. ft.) with a breathtaking garden and sea view. Our amenities include orthopaedic mattresses, air-conditioned rooms with ceiling fans, a safe, hairdryer, 8 ft. sliding glass windows with clear glass and mosquito netting, offering stunning sea views. These rooms provide blissful comfort and complete harmony with the healing process.
Premium wooden villa
Premium wooden villas of 400 sq ft, each furnished with traditional wooden furniture. There are en-suite bathrooms and a sky-view shower area; purified hot and cold water is available.
Each villa boasts its own 100 sq ft terrace and 110 sq ft sundeck, offering stunning views of the Arabian Sea and lush gardens.
