FOREST BATHING STUDIO
Two rooms above the forest canopy will provide you with unforgettable experiences. Here you will only be accompanied by the gentle rustling of leaves and the calming birdsong.
Ascend the beautiful staircase to reach the cottage, built on stilts amongst the trees. Each room features a cosy veranda, an en-suite bedroom with a bath, and a separate seating area. Each room measures 22 sq. m.
Here you will find yourself in the heart of nature, surrounded by tall trees that create a serene atmosphere for rest and rejuvenation. The cottage is built around a tree, the trunk of which passes through its interior. Here, you will feel as if you are immersed in the wild and experience an unparalleled connection with the world around you.

Forest Bathing Duplex
Blurring the lines between the wild and luxury, this duplex cottage, nestled amongst lush forest vegetation, allows you to switch off from the outside world while providing ample space and all the necessary amenities.
A shared ramp provides access to two separate cottages built on an elevated platform. Proceed through the cosy veranda into a warm living room adjoining a bathroom. The room also features a spacious balcony overlooking the forest. Stairs lead down to the bedroom. The total area of each cottage is 44 sq. m.
This option will allow you to enjoy nature in complete seclusion, without giving up all the comforts. The cottage is built around a tree, the trunk of which passes through it. Staying here is a real delight for all the senses.

Sitaram Retreat is not about «wellness» or a beach holiday. It is precisely a retreat with a medical approach. It's quite literally a clinic: everything follows classic Ayurveda, precisely according to the methodology. The doctors are very knowledgeable, and they explain everything in simple terms – even if you know nothing about it, it's all clear.
The therapists are top-notch. Very strong, precise, and the four-hand massages are perfectly synchronised; you can feel the experience and system in their work.
The format is that of a boutique clinic - it has around 20 rooms, it seems - everything is as individual as possible. They know you, the food, the procedures, and the daily routine are tailored to you. The food is a separate pleasure: the chef cooks very deliciously, while everything is therapeutic and strictly according to the programme.
And what really stands out is the level of organisation. The business process is so well-honed that everything runs like clockwork: they know when to bring you things, what stage you're at, what medications you need right now. They know you in the restaurant, the doctors are fully aware of your condition; nothing gets lost or «passed up the chain». A very rare level of attention to detail.
The everyday living is also at a very high level: daily change of linen and towels, perfect cleaning, everything is spotlessly clean, the grounds are well-kept, everything is new and tidy.
The area is green, a feeling of complete immersion – birds/monkeys, quiet, jungle. The clientele is very pleasant, no random people.
The climate is a definite plus. Overall it's comfortable and even cool, especially in the mornings and evenings. You sleep perfectly at night. The only thing is during the day, there might be about an hour when the room gets a bit stuffy (the temperature reaches around 30 degrees), but this passes quickly and it's very comfortable the rest of the time.
It's really great that they have their own production of medicines – that gives extra confidence.
And another important thing: you have almost no free time. Constantly busy with activities – treatments, consultations, Yoga Nidra, yoga, lectures, walks. You are completely immersed in the process, and this really amplifies the effect.
Compared to The Travancore Heritage Beach Resort, this is a completely different level. That's more like a holiday, while this is real work on your body.
I would definitely go again and can easily recommend it to everyone. It's brilliant.
