Good day. 🙏 Last year my husband and I did a Panchakarma course at Shanti Makaan, a 21-day programme. A wonderful centre under the direction of Dr Maurya. Good therapists — a special hello to Santoshi, she has divine hands ❤️
The results after Panchakarma: my insomnia went away, I have more energy and strength, I lost 5 kg, and my general well-being improved.
My husband had no headaches for three months; then they came back, but less often than before — he used to suffer from migraines. His general condition improved: more strength, more lightness, more joy, and he lost 7 kg.
The centre itself is in a good spot on a hill, with a mango garden outside the windows; monkeys and peacocks come by all the time, you can watch the wildlife. It is a five-minute walk to the river Ganges — a calm, peaceful place, just what you need for Panchakarma. A very nice young man taught yoga, his name is Shanti; after his classes we fell in love with yoga. Good tasty food, clean and well-kept rooms. All in all, the first experience was a positive one.
For all of which I thank the whole Shanti Makaan team and Olga, who booked this centre for us 🙏
In July my husband and I did a Panchakarma at the SHANTI MAKAAN Ayurvedic centre in Rishikesh.
I want to share a review and express the warmest words of thanks to the whole centre! It is hard even to call the healing practices offered to us “treatment”. Everything was wonderful, both the food and the procedures. We were healed in both soul and body. We came home full of strength and health! And that is the result!
Yoga twice a day, two hours a day of wellness massages, procedures and nourishing dishes. We heartily thank Doctor MAURYA and all the centre’s staff for their high professionalism and care!
The Ayurvedic centre is set in an amazingly beautiful spot. Wild peacocks, monkeys, cows and horses wander outside the window. The rooms are comfortable and clean. There are two wonderful open terraces and a large hall for yoga.
We very much want to return to our little paradise in Rishikesh. And we are very happy that we discovered India precisely in Rishikesh, at the wonderful SHANTI MAKAAN centre.
We wish the whole team prosperity and joy!
We thank Panchakarma Club for the excellent organisation of the trip to Rishikesh, for arranging the visas and for resolving every question! This is very valuable! We wish you happiness and prosperity!
