The Ayurvedic clinic «Rajah Healthy Acres» is situated on a vast rubber plantation of about 80 hectares, in the village of Kuttanad, 90 km from Cochin International Airport. The clinic rightly enjoys authority and popularity among residents of India and foreign patients.
«Raja Heli's Acres has been awarded a »Green Leaf« quality certificate by the Kerala State Government. They produce their own Ayurvedic medicines, which demonstrates a professional approach to treatment. In addition to traditional Ayurvedic procedures, the clinic's medical staff, consisting of 10 doctors and 60 massage therapists, can also offer you the following treatment methods: Acupuncture And Acupressure.

The cost of the Panchakarma course
The price is stated in US dollars per room.
The cost of accommodation for accompanying persons not undergoing a medical course is $24 per day.
The cost of accommodation at Rajah Health Excursions includes:
- A private room in an Ayurvedic clinic for the duration of treatment
- Diet recommended by the doctor, according to body constitution
- Consultation with an Ayurvedic doctor and daily check-up
- Two Ayurvedic treatments per day. One main treatment (Elakizhi, Shirodhara, Uzichil, etc.). And an additional one (thailam, masks, etc.) – as prescribed by the doctor.
- Yoga classes
- Acupuncture / Acupressure – as prescribed by a doctor.
Additional charges apply:
- Transfer from Cochin International Airport to the clinic and back: US$120
- Interpreter services during a doctor's consultation: $50.

I underwent Panchakarma here (28 days) and am very pleased with the results. I liked the organisation, the cleanliness both in the rooms and on the grounds, the individual approach of the doctors to each patient. In my case, they took into account that I had back pain and, in addition to the main Panchakarma, many of the procedures were specifically for my back. The food is very good, tasty, varied and exactly what the doctor prescribed. The staff (therapists) who performed the procedures were respectful and carried them out very professionally. There is an area for walking. I will definitely return here next time.

I want to share my experience of undergoing Panchakarma in Kerala, at the Rajah Acros Ayurvedic clinic.
I actually chose both the organiser and the clinic based on my gut feeling and I wasn't mistaken.

Stepping out of the car onto the clinic grounds, you are immediately enveloped in the lacy shade of rubber trees and the reliable hands of the staff. In this place, you are an individual. Both your treatment and your diet are personalised, suited only to you at this specific moment.
Doctors are constantly interested in your condition and immediately adjust treatments, and are present during procedures. Nothing goes unnoticed.
The procedures are simply magical.
After them, such an energy boost!
Throughout our stay, the staff offered nothing but genuine smiles, respect, and love.
To familiarise us more with India, the clinic's management organised dance and music performances for us, masterclasses in Indian cuisine and their medical products, and there was also a tour of other clinics in the Raja Group.
In addition to my review, I'll note that I've already booked my spot for next year.
