I am undergoing Ayurvedic procedures at the Bhavan clinic in Rishikesh.
I am here for the second time. I meet regular clients here who have been coming back for more than 10 years.
For those who do not have the time to do a three-week or longer course in Kerala, this is a wonderful opportunity. In two weeks we complete a Panchakarma and additional procedures without any strain. The doctor is superb and the food is good. The clinic is clean and neat. An ideal option for an express recovery. And it is not so far to travel from Delhi.

Good day to all!
This was my first visit to India, to the state of Kerala, and the Ideal Ayurvedic Resort. I arranged everything through Panchakarma Club. To say I had an unforgettable experience is an understatement. From the very beginning, Nina, my travel agent, was in contact with me, helping me choose the location and organise the trip.
My two-week stay at the Ayurvedic resort was simply superb, from the airport pick-up to the treatments. The staff, service, and food were all top-notch.
I have looked at local Ayurvedic centres, and I must note that while there were centres of a higher standard, Ideal Ayurvedic Resort offers good value for money.
After two weeks of treatment, my general well-being has noticeably improved, my mood is better, I've lost excess weight, and my sleep, hair, and skin have been restored.
I left with the intention of returning to this place again…
In my review, I sincerely thank you for helping me discover India in the best possible way!!!
I underwent Panchakarma here (28 days) and am very pleased with the results. I liked the organisation, the cleanliness both in the rooms and on the grounds, the individual approach of the doctors to each patient. In my case, they took into account that I had back pain and, in addition to the main Panchakarma, many of the procedures were specifically for my back. The food is very good, tasty, varied and exactly what the doctor prescribed. The staff (therapists) who performed the procedures were respectful and carried them out very professionally. There is an area for walking. I will definitely return here next time.
To respond meaningfully to someone’s review, one should have at least some idea of who wrote it. So, a brief word about myself. I am 73 years old, a professor of philosophy with a fair understanding of life and no serious health problems. I’ve spent enough time in places of high status and comfort to realise that these things aren’t what really matters in life. At Malik, I found exactly what I was looking for. It’s not luxurious, nor even of average comfort (a rather old room, clean but well past their prime bathrobes and towels, a leaky roof over two gazebos overlooking the ocean). But, if you’ve learnt anything in life, you’ll realise that’s not what matters most. First and foremost, there’s the wonderful professional, Dr Binod Sydney, and his two assistant doctors. Of course, you can’t be completely cured in 21 days (where could you?), but, firstly, there are personal results, and, secondly, there are the reviews from people who, having tried various clinics, come here specifically. (Take, for example, a man in his early 50s who is successfully treating his psoriasis here and says that the treatment (along with the medication prescribed by the doctor) is enough to enable him to lead a healthy lifestyle for the whole of the coming year). The doctor helped me get rid of persistent itchy patches on my legs, which had developed following thrombophlebitis—itself caused by the COVID-19 vaccine, without which teaching at the university was prohibited in 2020. At Malik’s, although nothing radical was prescribed for me given my age, I experienced a powerful restorative effect. I lost 4.5 kg in three weeks. First and foremost, I had massages twice a day, totalling 2.5 hours. Massages of the whole body, specific areas, and especially the head. Using oils, powders, special solutions applied by hand, and various kinds of hot pads containing healing ingredients. Two lads do the massages, and quite vigorously unless you ask them to go easier. Constant medication. A diet of vegetables, fruit, rice and a few other grains, in portions the size of two cat bowls. Plenty to drink made from the «Indian tea tree». But, strangely enough, I don’t feel like eating. The staff are neat, attentive and efficient. The exchange rate at reception in September 2023 was 81 rupees to the US dollar, even though the bank was offering 81.85; however, there was a queue and a lot of hassle involved, as I had to present not just my passport but a photocopy of it, which I had to get made at some unknown location. The weather from 16 September to 6 October was generally sunny for the most part, but never exceeded 35 degrees, which is easily bearable near the ocean. Overall, compared with the best Russian health resorts in Sochi, Malika comes out on top in terms of its health benefits. I think it’s better value for money too. So if you’re happy with 3-star comfort but want 5+ for the treatment, then this is the place for you. A big thank you to the doctor, the assistants and the staff! If I’m still alive, I’ll be back next year with my wife.
I visited this clinic at the end of May 2023 with a friend, and we shared a room for a two-week purification programme. This was our first trip to India, and I'm so glad we chose to come here. The place is simply magical and fantastically beautiful, enveloping you with care, attention, peace, and incredible energy from the moment you step in. The staff are mega friendly and kind. The doctors and masseuses are very attentive and highly qualified. The ocean is just a stone's throw away. The vegetarian food is varied and delicious; you can also order from a menu if you wish. There's daily yoga and meditation, as well as treatments. The purification process was gentle, using oils and Ayurvedic preparations, which I really liked. There was an evening of Indian dancing, and we participated in planting medicinal plants. This place is now my love, and I definitely want to return and recommend visiting. I'd also like to give a special thanks in my review to manager Olga for her help in organising our trip and for her prompt replies to my 100,500 questions.
Thank you «Panchakarma». We underwent treatment at the »Malika Ayurveda Beach« clinic and really liked everything: the location, the food, the staff, everything was a 5 out of 5!
At the end of March, I underwent Panchakarma at an Ayurvedic centre in Locarno and now I'd like to share my review.
The process is familiar to me, I knew what to expect both in terms of undergoing the procedures and the final outcome.
As for the latter, it even exceeded expectations. In such a short period of time, it was possible to bring not only the gastrointestinal tract, but also the nervous system into order – sleep improved, work capacity and energy returned.
A number of factors played a decisive role in the success of the wellness programme, or more accurately, a well-constructed system. It appears that Dmitry possesses not only experience in conducting Panchakarma (he quickly identified the issues and prescribed a course of procedures), but also broad Ayurvedic knowledge, as he successfully managed the negative reactions of the body that emerged during the process. However, I was not able to experience his massage skills firsthand, as Yulia was in charge of me, and I was left with a wonderfully warm impression of her! She is not only knowledgeable in all Ayurvedic procedures and a master of super-massage, but also a very bright and wonderful person who not only performed her duties with pleasure but also shared her experience and knowledge on a wide range of topics.
Another important factor is very high-quality vegetarian food, prepared not just correctly from organic products, but with warmth and care.
It was physically palpable! The result was immediate – I never felt hungry, but my body clearly slimmed down and toned up.
I also really liked that I spent these days in seclusion, without coming into contact with other patients at the centre, as all treatments, including the sauna, were carried out on site, and there was no need to go anywhere for this purpose.
Some might see this as a downside due to a lack of social interaction, but I, on the other hand, used this opportunity to read long-postponed books and study various things.
What I really missed was physical activity in the form of hikes in the spring forest; in the surrounding area, there's private housing and closed holiday park grounds. On the other hand, walks along the long pebble beach were unrestricted.
I found out about your Health Centre by chance and I don't regret at all completing the two-week Panchakarma course. It's immediately clear that the director, Rimma Ozornina, is passionate about her work. She has also gathered a team of equally responsible people around her. All the specialists are excellent and in their right places. The rooms are warm and cosy, the atmosphere is homely and friendly, and the results are an added bonus. I feel lighter, have lost 5kg, and have adopted healthy eating habits. Thank you so much for everything. I will definitely come back in a year. Look forward to more reviews!
Thank you! My dearest people, Nikolay, Elena, Liana, Irina. 🧡 I've joined a family that has accepted me as one of their own. Amazing feelings!
The freedom to be yourself, to live your own life, to observe.
Conversations with Nikolai brought peace, understanding, and freedom to my mind.
Wishing you prosperity!
Hugging you. Thank you 🧡
I’d like to express my heartfelt thanks to all the staff at «Zdrava Dacha» and to Rimma, and also to leave a warm review for the warm welcome, the kind treatment of guests, the delicious food, the daily yoga sessions, the massages and the sauna! Everything was absolutely brilliant! A perfect holiday in every way. I’d recommend it to everyone! Panchakarma is a cleansing not only of the body, but also of the mind!!! I’ve experienced it first-hand! Thank you so much!!!
Good afternoon!
I spent 14 days at the hotel, undertaking a Panchakarma course. This was my first trip to India, and I'm very glad I chose this hotel. The staff were excellent and friendly, with a very attentive approach. Deciding to book a bungalow was the right choice as it was further away from the noise and closer to the sea.
A quiet, small beach with sun loungers for hire.
I liked the Panchakarma course, to be honest I expected more in terms of cleansing, but the method is adapted for Europeans, so everything is humane.
The only downside is that the hotel isn't new and could do with a renovation. The nature and location of the hotel are wonderful, I highly recommend it. Thank you Panchakarma.club for your help in choosing the hotel and organising my tour, your responsiveness and professional approach to work are much appreciated.
I wish everyone a great holiday.
About me, age 50. Completed a 21-day course. 24.01.2020 - 16.02.2020. The effect exceeded my expectations, I lost 12 kg. Regarding the review of Panchakarma and the clinic itself... I would highlight at a high level: the general atmosphere / medical care / food / accommodation / excursion program / yoga / meditation / absence of a language barrier (Russian). Personal thanks to: Zoran, Oksana.
Another Panchakarma has passed at Raja Health Acres. Everything seemed familiar, yet the feeling and results were different. This time, I was there for 28 days.
And what expressions the staff have, how happy they are that their clinic has been chosen again.
New acquaintances and new knowledge about the ancient science of Ayurveda. I want to return here again.
I was at the ANHC clinic in November 2019. I underwent a 14-day course of Ayurvedic treatment with accommodation on the clinic grounds. The staff were responsive, attentive, and professional, with a Russian-speaking employee available. The clinic is located in a forest, with birdsong, fresh coolness, and a swimming pool on the grounds, all conducive to a pleasant stay. Morning yoga, an abundance of fruit, and delicious food were provided. There were 2.5 hours of daily procedures, performed with love by caring massage therapists. In the afternoon, there was a transfer to beautiful beaches. I met other clinic guests who were returning for subsequent visits, bringing friends, and were very satisfied with the results.
Thank you for the experience.
Highly recommend!
In November, we went on holiday to Raja Eco Beach, everything was top-notch. Everything was as they described. Thank you very much to Mikaela for her patience and helpfulness, very competent and to the point. We only recommend you.
A clean and cosy hotel right on the seafront. Friendly staff, good doctors. There’s an interpreter, although some doctors even speak a little Russian. The food is very tasty and varied. I stayed in a garden cottage, a short distance from the sea, and really enjoyed it. Yoga classes for all levels are held throughout the day, and in the evening there’s traditional music in the restaurant.
The room is clean and cosy. The Wi-Fi is a bit patchy.
There's security everywhere, very reliable, they even guard you when you go into the sea.
You can take a convenient and inexpensive excursion from the hotel to a nearby attraction.
I visited the Dheemahi Neelamangalam clinic in July 2019 and decided to share my experience and write a review of this Panchakarma clinic. It's a wonderful place with very attentive and caring staff, which you feel from the very first minute.
The living conditions are very good: a clean and comfortable room, a good mattress on the bed, daily cleaning, and frequent linen changes.
The meals are 3 times a day, vegetarian, tasty and varied enough, but everything, in my opinion, is spicy, but you get used to it quickly!)) Every day there are either fresh fruits or fresh juices made from watermelon, mango, and pineapple.
Every day is packed with procedures, massages, and yoga twice a day. It's very full on! ))
The clinic is located near the motorway, but you could walk to a beautiful church nearby or go to the town centre. One time I went (with a lot of help from the staff!) to a beautiful place, Kumarakom, where there are picturesque canals and nature, and you can go boating.
The treatment was above and beyond praise! My therapists, Nisha and Bincy, are very pleasant, diligent, and attentive. Thank you both very much!
I wish to express my sincere gratitude to Doctors Jayakrishnan and Namitha for their attention and sensitivity, which is greatly appreciated! I'd also like to thank the young people Bini and Aru for their help and for quickly resolving all other issues that arose for me as a foreigner! A wonderful and attentive yoga instructor, he often worked with me almost individually!
During my stay at the clinic, I gained strength and energy, and improved my health so much that those around me noticed!
My only wish is that the final consultation had included only a list of prescribed medications without a description of my dosage, recommendations for diet, lifestyle, and physical activity, which I would also have liked to receive.
Good luck to the clinic and prosperity!

The general rejuvenation of my body has given me the strength to take steps towards a healthy and happy life. I would say that I spent these three weeks on my health and rest at the same time.
The Athreya Ayurvedic Centre is a wonderful place for Panchakarma Ayurvedic treatments. The clinic has a completely family-like atmosphere, where you feel part of the community from the very first minute. Very attentive and responsive staff, simple but lovingly prepared food, comfortable cottages, wonderful grounds, peace and harmony. The initial examination and daily conversations with the doctor about your health give you confidence in the doctors' competence and their very individual approach. I can say that this was my first, but by no means last, visit to this clinic. And I will gladly repeat the treatment as soon as the opportunity arises. Thank you so much; I returned completely renewed, both on a physical level and, more importantly, mentally.
Good day! My name is Svetlana and I have just returned from India, where I underwent a Panchakarma course at the Rajah Eco Beach clinic. In this review, I want to share my impressions with you.
So... When choosing your holiday and treatment options, would you like to have a competent person as an advisor whom you could trust, who would give you their utmost attention and care, worry about you, and help you at all stages of your trip? I think meeting such a person would be very fortunate. And I undoubtedly was lucky that Mikaella, a manager at Panchakarma Club, turned out to be just such a person. It was her professional approach and sincere desire to help that sparked my interest in Panchakarma, because before that I had absolutely no interest in Ayurveda.
Michaella first found out exactly what I wanted from the trip, tactfully ascertained the budget limits, and paid maximum attention to my wishes. I can say that it took a considerable amount of time, because I constantly had doubts and wanted to get full information and exhaustive answers to my questions. She turned out to be such a patient and responsive young woman that I never felt any irritation or impatience from her, and I received answers to all my questions instantly, even outside of working hours. We actively corresponded and called each other via messengers. It felt like Michaella was dealing only with me, and I am VERY grateful to her for that! Moreover, she resolved all my difficulties that arose upon arrival at the clinic, and everything was quickly resolved (although for Indians, the word "quick" does not exist in their work). Therefore, I confidently recommend all my acquaintances and friends to contact Panchakarma Club and Michaella.
Regarding the clinic itself and the treatment. I'll say one thing - YOU MUST GO! The people with whom I spent wonderful days at the clinic, were mostly very experienced in undergoing purification procedures in various clinics in India and Sri Lanka. So, they believe that the Raja clinic network offers the most optimal combination of customer service and treatment.
Wonderful staff who recognise you after a couple of days, professional doctors, excellent massage therapists, and magnificent nature, delicious food, freshly squeezed juices, and constant care and attention.
Even if you don't feel inspired by Ayurvedic ideas, don't remember your dosha, or stick to a vegetarian diet after returning, you'll have a wonderful rest and free yourself from excess, not only physically but also mentally. They say that after trying it once, everyone returns again and again. I'll do the same))) and of course, through Panchakarma Club again.

Good day.
I want to share my experience of undergoing Panchakarma in Kerala, at the Rajah Acros Ayurvedic clinic.
I actually chose both the organiser and the clinic based on my gut feeling and I wasn't mistaken.
Mikaela's manager guided me before, during, and even after the trip.
Stepping out of the car onto the clinic grounds, you are immediately enveloped in the lacy shade of rubber trees and the reliable hands of the staff. In this place, you are an individual. Both your treatment and your diet are personalised, suited only to you at this specific moment.
Doctors are constantly interested in your condition and immediately adjust treatments, and are present during procedures. Nothing goes unnoticed.
The procedures are simply magical.
After them, such an energy boost!
Throughout our stay, the staff offered nothing but genuine smiles, respect, and love.
To familiarise us more with India, the clinic's management organised dance and music performances for us, masterclasses in Indian cuisine and their medical products, and there was also a tour of other clinics in the Raja Group.
In addition to my review, I'll note that I've already booked my spot for next year.
Good afternoon, my wife and I would like to share our review of our Panchakarma experience in India. The course lasted three weeks in December 2017.
Firstly, the clinic where we were is an amazing place and the people (staff) who served us all these three weeks were amazing. They are qualified doctors who could be approached at any time of the day. And of course, there was the translator, Tamila, a representative of Panchakarma Club, who not only translated all the doctor's speech but could also convey the subtleties of Ayurvedic knowledge.
Accommodation
We stayed in a bungalow opposite beautiful rice fields with a small terrace. The cottage was very cosy and clean.
Nutrition
The food was strictly Ayurvedic, which in no way means it wasn't tasty, quite the contrary. At this time, I was reading a book (Author Sunil V. Joshi) specifically about nutrition, what it should be like during Panchakarma, and I was very surprised that almost everything he described was present in our diet. Before leaving, we even jotted down a couple of recipes to try at home.
Treatment:
Upon arrival, the doctor checked our pulse and we discussed all further actions. There were many procedures, which I won't describe as they are selected individually. But I can confirm that everything works, we felt it all for ourselves. I haven't felt such lightness since childhood, it seems.
Doctors checked how we were feeling several times a day, and every morning there was a personal ward round.
We are very happy that we were able to do Panchakarma in India and even recommended it to all our friends and family. Our mother and sister are now coming in February.
Many thanks to the Panchakarma Club for all the organisation and especially to the translator Tamila, for her help and support.
Good day! ? We've finally gotten to the computer, and here's our review :)))
In January 2016, we completed a Panchakarma course.
The procedures felt very beneficial. After completing the course, I felt light, a sense of flight, and energy! The massages during the course were great, carried out wonderfully. The clinic staff were very attentive, caring, and friendly.
The food in the clinic is vegetarian and dietetic - but nevertheless very tasty!
The location of the clinic itself is amazing. 200 metres to the beach, where sometimes there's absolutely no one, just the two of us! A wide stretch of sandy beach, a gentle and clean ocean! And even a few times dolphins swam to the shore and it was delightful to watch them!
Irina and Ilya from the Panchakarma Club, who organised our treatment at the clinic, provided everything necessary for effective treatment and rest during this time: a taxi from the airport to the clinic, support during our stay, and resolving any issues that arose at the clinic.
We are very pleased to meet them! Irina and Ilya, thank you very much for the time we spent in this amazing, wonderful, delightful place, and for your attention and care!
We'll be happy to return to India again and again, it was great!
Elena Fedorova, aged 26, Moscow.
Good afternoon!
I'm doing absolutely great!
This was my first experience of undergoing Panchakarma, I didn't know what awaited me or what results to expect.
However, from the very first day I realised that I'd come to the right place and was in the right hands)))
The doctor made the most favourable impression on me.
I immediately understood that his recommendations and the treatment he would prescribe would be truly beneficial!!!
The clinic staff are attentive, I didn't even expect such a warm reception.
I have no complaints about the room cleaning, it was always clean)) and of course, the peace and quiet of this place greatly contributed to undergoing the procedures)))
After these three weeks, I feel positive changes:
a sense of lightness appeared, sleep improved, and appetite returned (and this was a problem I came with).
So I was happy with everything, I will recommend it to all acquaintances and friends )))

Thank you so much for finding this place and telling me about it.
Good afternoon! My name is Pilyaeva Olga Vasilyevna, I am 53 years old and by profession, I am an artist-designer. I am eager to share my impressions and experience, leaving a review about completing the Panchakarma course in India. I came here from a small town, Polevskoy, near Yekaterinburg, where I constantly live.
I have discovered a magical place for myself - an Ayurvedic clinic. I am very grateful that I was able to visit this heavenly, wild, untouched place last year. The majestic but gentle ocean met me with a surprisingly peaceful landscape, the rustle of its coastal waves. .
The amazing waitresses immediately seated us and served an unforgettable breakfast of exotic fruits, picked from local palms. Nectary drinks and salads were prepared every day, very fresh and light. I could certainly eat there without getting full or stopping, it was unusually delicious. My ideas about diets and healthy eating were completely overturned.
Very attentive and courteous, they simply won me over with their sincerity, which remained unchanged until the end of my stay there. The first week I simply enjoyed nature and interacting with people. We were filled with impressions and quickly befriended each other and the local staff.
What impressed me most was the doctor himself. This incredible man gave so much of himself: he personally visited every single patient, stopping by more than once, and took a detailed interest in everyone's well-being. It felt to me as though I was receiving special attention.
The doctor grows medicinal plants himself to make remedies and personally plants exotic trees and shrubs on the grounds, walking around his garden every morning.
This love for all living things simply amazes me.
I remember the four-hand oil massages. Two assistants liberally coated my whole body with oil and massaged skilfully. The culmination was the steam barrel procedure, where you have to sit with your body inside the barrel and your head outside. It's extremely pleasurable.
And in my renewed body, I headed to the beach with the others to practice yoga by the Ocean. We returned for dinner at a cosy cafe, shared our experiences, joked, and even sang.
And there were, of course, procedures not for the faint-hearted, but we very enthusiastically conquered our feats. We were heroically minded, and with pride overcame all the austerities of various Ayurvedic cleansing procedures. Only in those human and almost divine conditions can one derive pleasure instead of enduring suffering and despondency.
The problems of my body have left me, stereotypes have changed and new colours have appeared. The profession of an artist has turned into a way of life, now I love people and I am not afraid to change.
Panchakarma taught me not to cling to the past, and to breathe deeply – here and now, not to depend on the weather or the external and internal.
She lives inside me still. Maybe one day I'll return here again.
